Step 01
Preparation of Flowers

- Wrap carefully in plain paper or tissue; avoid using newspaper or plastic.
- Air-dry for 1–2 days in a cool, dry place before initiating the packing process.
Step 02
Packing the Varmala
- Use a sturdy cardboard box exclusively for the shipment.
- Avoid using plastic pouches, zip locks, or cling wraps inside the package.
- Add soft paper padding such as tissue or butter paper to prevent crushing during transit.
Step 03
Shipping Protocol
- Send your package via a reliable, tracked courier service.
- Clearly mark the exterior of the package as 'Fragile – Handle with Care'.
- Share the tracking details with our team immediately after dispatch.

Artisan Notes
"Decorative elements such as beads, leaves, and threads from your original Varmala are welcomed and can be seamlessly integrated."
Minor imperfections or natural dryness are inherent to the preservation process and add to the organic charm of your bespoke keepsake.
The better the flowers are packed, the more stunning your final piece will be.
